About our CEO
Bruno Nicoletti is a devoted husband to his wife, Jordan, and a proud father to their two children, Navy Rain (2) and Romeo (1). A Christian man whose faith guides both his life and leadership, Bruno believes that true success is built on strong values, discipline, and purpose.
He has spent his life chasing what it means to be world class. On the mat, he became a Brazilian National Champion, NCAA All-American, two-time World Team Member in freestyle wrestling, and placed 5th at the Pan American Championships while representing Brazil. More recently, he earned the title of IBJJF World Champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Competing at this level taught him that greatness doesn’t come from talent alone but from grit, consistency, and the ability to push through when others quit.
In business, Bruno carried that same relentless mindset. As a financial advisor, he achieved Million Dollar Round Table honors, ranking among the top 2% of advisors worldwide. From there, he built multiple companies from the ground up—starting each venture with little more than a credit card and scaling them to seven-figure success. Most notably, he founded Hummingbird, an Inc. 5000 company and Wealth Management Industry Award finalist, which has helped thousands of financial professionals prospect smarter and grow faster.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Bruno serves on the Business Advisory Council for NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors), where he contributes to advancing the industry and supporting advisors nationwide.

OBDR Foundation (Probationary Period)
0-90 days: Focus on mastering outbound prospecting, consistently booking qualified meetings, and hitting daily activity metrics. Build strong foundational sales skills.
  • $1,000/month 1099 Base Salary
  • Commissions for meetings Set

Avg Rep Pay: $2,2000/month
Promotion Readiness
Typically 3-6 Months: Consistently exceed OBDR KPIs, demonstrate deep product knowledge, receive positive feedback on lead quality from AEs, and show readiness for closing responsibilities.
  • $1,500/month W2 Salary
  • Bonuses based off production
Avg Rep Pay: $4,200-$4,500/month
Senior Account Executive
Post-Promotion: Transition to running demo presentations, closing deals, and managing the full sales cycle for warm leads. Focus on driving revenue and achieving closing targets.
